ABOUT THE APP
Using Strongary

What the app is for, how to interpret its metrics and where to find the license terms.
A workout and supplement journal
Strongary helps you plan workouts, log sets, track results and record supplement intakes. You choose your program, exercises, training load and supplement routine. The app does not prescribe supplements, doses or treatment.
Suggestions and metrics
Weight and rep suggestions use your selected goal and workout history. They are a guide and do not guarantee results. Heart rate, zones and calories depend on available measurements and calculations; Strongary is not intended for diagnosis or medical monitoring.
For questions about your health, contraindications or supplement interactions, consult a qualified professional. Do not use the app’s metrics to change medical treatment on your own.
Keeping your records
Before restoring, moving data or deleting the app, export any backup you need. Automatic backups are stored inside the app. iCloud sync propagates both changes and deletions, so it does not replace a separately saved backup.
Details about storage, permissions and deletion are in the privacy policy.
App Store license
Apps obtained through the App Store are subject to the license terms provided at download. If the developer has not supplied a custom agreement, the Apple Standard EULA applies. See the App Store for current installation terms.
This page explains the app’s purpose and does not replace its license agreement. It does not waive mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.
